What should be the minimum percentage in 12th to be eligible to write CDS examination?
Hi, I would be appearing for my 12th Board exams very soon from Science stream. After that I want to write the CDS examination. So, how much minimum should I score in Intermediate to be eligible to write the CDS exam?

CDS stands for Combined Defense Services and CDS entrance examination is held by UPSC twice every year by UPSC.
Further, the minimum education required for appearing in the same examination is a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Now, as far as you are concerned about the minimum marks required in intermediate for appearing in CDS entrance examination then there is no such requirement either at intermediate level or at graduation level. CDS examination is conducted by UPSC.
The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree or in the final year of the course from a recognised university. Candidates with qualifying in bachelor degree are eligible to appear in the examination. Examination is conducted in two stages. CDS is Combined Defence Service. It is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.
The examination is conducted for selection in defence services. The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. You need to score minimum passing marks to become eligible to appear in CDS examination after the bachelor degree. On the basis of intermediate qualification, you can appear for NDA examination. CDS is not for intermediate students .Only graduates are eligible for this examination. You can appear on NDA examination. It is also a defence related examination through which candidates can go in Army , Navy , Air Force as a captain. Minimum 75% of marks is required to fill up NDA 's form.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Services. The CDS examination is conducted twice every year by Union Public Service Commission for selection of candidates to different academies of Defence like IMA, INA and AFA.
If you passed all subjects of senior secondary board examination then also you can apply for CDS exam. The minimum academic qualification required for CDS examination is bachelor's degree. You must have passing percentage of marks in both 12th and bachelor's degree. |

CDS refers to Combined Defense Academy and to appear in CDS examination, the minimum education required for appearing in the same examination is a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Students can appear in the same examination while pursuing final year of their bachelor's degree course too. Also, there is no requirement of minimum marks to secured at any stage of academics for appearing in the same examination.
