What is the status of Institute of Advanced Studies in Education University (IASE)?


I have completed my B.Tech Civil Engineering in the year 2004-2007 from Institute of Advanced Studies in Education University (IASE) and got my degree in 2008. Is this degree from IASEU valid for applying for government sector jobs?
