What is the value of correspondence M.Sc Information Technology?

I have done B.Sc.(Computer Science), as my UG and then done M.Sc. IT first year. But due to some family situation I got married one year ago. Can I do my second year as correspondence? Is it possible? I want to complete my graduation. My husband says doing in correspondence is not valuable. Please I need some guidance. Is it valuable doing second year in correspondence?
