What is the value of correspondence MCA from Mumbai University?

I have completed my TY B.Com and I want to go for MCA but my % are between 45 to 49 and it is eligible for only Mumbai university but it is corresponding course is there any value of a corresponding MCA student from Mumbai university? Please reply me as soon as it is possible
