You can join in BANK PO exam through IBPS or SBI PO exam.Your date of Birth in 1983 so you are applicable for both PO exams.

If You have scored 50% marks in graduation degree then you are applicable for SBI PO exam.But you degree must be valid.

But your age must be in between 20 to 30 years.Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate .

The another way is IBPS PO exam.If you have completed Graduation degree then you are applicable for IBPS exam.

To apply for Bank Probationary Officer examination,the candidate must have a minimum qualification is graduate degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 50% aggregate marks in their examination.

IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection examination and this examination is conducted by Common Written examination for recruitment of 19 Public Sector banks.

To apply for this examination,the candidate must hold their graduate degree with any desire subject from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and there is no specific percentage required for this examination.The candidate must have attained the minimum 20 years and maximum 30 years at the time of appearing for this examination and relaxation is given to the reserved categories.

Upper age limits :-

5 years :- SC/ST categories.
3 years :- OBC categories.

SBI Eligibility :-

~~The candidate must have possess graduate degree with any discipline.

~~The candidate age should be between 21 years and 30 years.

~~Upper age limit is given to the reserved categories.
