sir i want know that where we grt the form of upsc exam and what are formalities is required to fill a form and also the last date of submiting a form

The UPSC Mains-2011 has over in the month of october..Although you should have keen observation on the 'Exam-alerts'.
UPSC conduts exam to select the top class officer as IAS,IPS,IFS and other alloyed services.Generally application forms are released in the month of Feb/March, you can fill up the online application form at the official site of UPSC or may purchase from the specific branches of Canara bank or State bank..
*Prelims conducted in the month of May.
*Mains conducted in the month of October.
After qualifying in Mains the selected candidates will called for interview by UPSC.
To appear in the examination the candidate should have following qualifications-
~Candidate should be graduate from affiliated institute, in any stream.
~Age limit is 21-30 yr. for General Category.There is relaxation in age limit for Reserved category.

For UPSC(UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) If you are going to apply for NDA Then.

Eligibility -

Education-12th passed

Marital status - Unmarried

Age - 16.5 to 19 years

The age must be between 21 to 30 years at the time of appearing of this exam.
Also there is Age Relaxation For Reservation category Candidates :-

PH candidates :- 10 years
SC/ST candidates :- 5 years
OBC candidates :- 3 years
Ex-service man :- 5 years

Fee for UPSC(NDA) Exam

The cost of Application form

Candiates (excepting SC/STcandidates/Sons of JCOs/NCOs/ORs) -

Rs. 50/-(Rupees Fifty only)

Mode of Payment-

1. by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by
using net banking facility of State Bank of
India/ State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/Sate
Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/
State Bank of Patiala /State Bank of
Travancore

2. by using Visa/Master Credit/
Debit Card.

Last Date of Recieve Application - 30-01-2012

Date of Examination - 15-04-2012
