Whether I am not eligible to sit for the counselling if scored 49 marks in AP EAMCET and qualify in the Inter Supplementary exam?

Sir/Madam, recently I have scored 49 marks in AP EAMCET. However, I have passed Inter in Supplementary exam. So, I am disqualified in the counselling? I am not eligible to sit for the counselling?
