Rashtrabhasa Ratna exam is not equivalent to BA (Bachelor of Arts degree). Rashtrabhasha Ratna Wardha was basically founded by Mahatma Gandhi in 1936 for promotion of of Hindi as language of India. The vision and mission of this exam is to fulfill the dream of the Father of Nation and noted Freedom Fighter of our country to give National Language its real recognition and dignity and to tie the country in one communication language. So, basically once you clear this exam you will be getting a certificate in Hindi language. With this you can apply in a Government for the job called "Translator in Hindi".

Whereas BA stand for Bachelor of Arts and is one of the oldest and well known undergraduate academic programs in the world. The course duration is for 3 years and it can be done once you complete your 12th level of study in any stream from recognzied educational board.

The field of study includes the non-scientific and non-technological areas. A large number of courses are covered under the arts like Language, History, Geography, Psychology, Journalism etc.

Is Rashtrabhasha ratna equivalent to 3 ? As l have passed 2 ,can l treat a graduate after pass ratna ?

Rashtrabhasha Ratna examination is not equivalent to BA(Bachelor of Arts).

Rashtrabhasha Ratna examination has been conducted for the promotion of Hindi language. After qualifying this examination, anyone can get job of Translator in Hindi in Government field.

I have completed my BA in Hindi through Rastriya Bhasa Samiti long back. Now I want to apply job and it requires graduation so can I apply using this certificate. Since am unable to purse BA English due to financial conditions. Please let me know
