Who all are eligible to write the JEST examination?

I am studying B.Sc. Physics final year right now. Can I appear the Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST), 2020 examination session? If yes, then when should I apply for the entrance? In which month of 2020 exam would be held? And, what is the last date to submit application form for it?
