My inspire scholarship has been approved,but it's not sanctioned , where my friends scholership is sanctioned and some of them received amount,,,why it is delay for me???

There is delay as the persons incharge have to go through each and every form and details filled by the students.
They also have to check every document that has been asked for.
All such process takes much time and thus there is delay in payment .

Whether you have provided the correct requisite documents and are eligible for the scholarship or not. Hence the shortlisting process takes time, so there might be delay.
