Will I get admission in M.Sc only on rejection of Integrated M.Sc and PhD program application?
My question is suppose I apply for Integrated program of M.Sc and PhD but, I could not get admissions in Integrated program then will my candidature of simple and individual M.Sc program will also be rejected or will I get admission?

No, this should not be a problem in most of the university as both of the courses are different if they are linked than it may create problem but other than that you should be fine
