i got eamcet 4084 belongs to bc-d, i'll get mbbs seat in a.p.

Your question lack proper information, as you have used an acronym 'AP'. It is difficult to guide you on the basis of assumption as "AP" can be an abbreviated term for college/university/institution or a state.
If you have cleared your Engineering Agriculture or Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) with 4084 rank then you are certainly eligible to get admission in colleges offering MBBS degree course. EMACET is an entrance exam required to get admission in some Engineering and Medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh. I would advice you to try in Government Medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh for the degree course. For your reference i have attached a "doc" file which contains the names and the medical courses offered by the colleges/universities in Andhra Pradesh.
