Will I get a seat n Osmania or JNTU for M.Tech after scoring 390 in GATE, am oc candiate ?

hi friend,
The students Qualified in gate need not write pgcet exam. They are just apply for the admission. But they have to pay admission fee. The gate score only for getting the seat only.
