syntel exam consist of 4 round
aptitude,GD,tecnical,HR dounds.

total no. of rounds are four
Aptitude(they give reasoning part more instead of basic arithmetic)
•Group Discussion
•Technical Round
•HR Interview
one thing more if there are more number of candidate , then only this company take the gd round

For 2012 passed out candidate i.e when you are going for off campus,then there are three round
first one is most common round i.e aptitude round.
then HR round--knowing about u r current project is very important
friends Please thorough With project they definitely ask you to explain.
then technical round- important subjects are c,c++,data structure
also they ask about your favorite subject.

Dear candidate,

Those candidate have above 50 % marks are eligible for SYNTEL company.

The Selection process of SYNTEL:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

Test Pattern For Syntel Recruitment Exam

Observe the level of the questions asked..

Do make sure that you are well versed with at least one computer language like C,C++,Java,etc..
