The minimum age to apply for Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Assistant Engineer recruitment, is 20 years. Candidates can apply till the age of 42 years. Candidates from OBC category will get age relaxation of 3 years and candidates from SC/ST, PWD category will get age relaxation of 5 years as per government norms.

Age relaxation (for Haryana Domicile only):

For SC, BC-A, BC-B – 42 + 5 years = 47 years

For PwD - General – 42 + 10 years = 52 years

For PwD – SC, BC-A, BC-B – 42 + 10 + 5 years = 57 years

For ESP-SC, BC-A, BC-B – 42 + 5 years = 47 years
