Can I get relaxation in Lok Sabha Translator recruitment being an OBC candidate?


Hello, I am from the OBC category candidate. I am interested in applying for the Lok Sabha Translator recruitment. But before that I want to know if I can get relaxation or not in this recruitment? Please tell me about this.

Yes, you can get relaxation in Lok Sabha Translator recruitment being an OBC candidate.

For the reserved category candidates, there will be age relaxation as per the government norms.

Total post in Lok Sabha Translator recruitment is 47 Nos. Here OBC have 17 vacancies:

Post Name Number of Vacanciies : Translator 47

UR: 13, OBC: 17, EWS: 9. SC: 3, ST: 5

The age of the candidate (As on 27/07/2020) should not be more than the 27 years. The optimum Indian age relaxation criteria will be followed.

Yes , you will get 3 year age relaxation for being OBC candidate ( non working ).

Upper age limit is 27 year but for OBC non working candidate it would be 29. ( As on 27/7/2020 )
