Cut off marks and other requirements for selection IO NCB for SC/ST/OBC?

Dear Sir,

I will be highly obliged if you kindly help to solve my confusion/problem regarding selection in IO in NCB conducted by SSC every Year. This year, it has been observed that some candidates have been selected for IO in NCB only, but I have been selected for ASI, SI In CPO,as I only want to be selected in IO in NCB. Sir, as I think, is there is any cut off marks or other requirements (SC/ST/OBC) for selection in IO in NCB. Please clarify the same at early date please.

Thanking you,

Yours Faithfully,
Pramod Kumar
