EAFM students can apply for IES or only Economic graduates are eligible?
I am doing m.com in ABST. Am i eligible for IES( indian economic service) exam,or onl y students with EAFM or economic post graduates are eligibile for this exam.please guide.

The candidates having following qualification will be eligible for Indian Economic services examination.
Master's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics from a recognized university. Exam is conducted by UPSC every year. If you have the above qualification and you are an Indian citizen who has age between 21 to 30 years, then surely you will be eligible for this examination. There is age relaxation available for candidates who belong to categories like SC/ST, OBC, Physically handicapped and Ex Servicemen. The selection will be based on the following stages. 1. I have done my post graduation in EAFM with specialisation in financial management .. Am I eligible for Indian economic services..
