Educational qualification required to apply for Bihar Technical Service Commission Specialist Medical Officer recruitment?

Educational qualification required to apply for Bihar Technical Service Commission Specialist Medical Officer recruitment is Candidate must have passed MBBS Degree in any Recognized University in India and Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in relevant Subjects from a recognised university.
