Sir, can I know about the eligibility criteria for applying in Specialist Cadre Officer recruitment of IDBI Bank? I have heard about this recruitment but I don't know about the eligibility for applying. So, please help me in this regard.

1. MANAGER- AGRICULTURE OFFICER:

## Educational Qualification:

i) Graduate Degree with at least 60% marks in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary Science/ Fisheries/ Dairy Technology & Animal Husbandry from recognized Agricultural University.

ii) Preference will be given to candidates having Post Graduation in above subjects.

## Experience: Minimum 4 years of post qualification working experience.

## Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 25 years.

Maximum Age: 35 years.

2. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER- FACULTY- BEHAVIOURAL SCIENCES:

## Educational Qualification: Post graduate in Psychology or relevant behaviour sciences/ MBA in HRM.

## Experience: Should have 10 years of experience in the relevant area.

## Desirable: Ph.D/ Fellow Programme in Industrial Psychology/ Psychology/ Human Resource Management/ Organizational Development.

## Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 35 years.

Maximum Age: 45 years.

3. MANAGER- FRAUD RISK MANAGEMENT- FRAUD ANALYST (MAKER):

## Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce with minimum 60% marks.

## Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification working experience.

## Desirable: CA/ MBA/ CAIIB/ JAIIB.

## Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 25 years.

Maximum Age: 35 years.

4. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER- FRAUD RISK MANAGEMENT- INVESTIGATOR (CHECKER):

## Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce with minimum 60% marks.

## Experience: Overall banking experience of at least 07 years.

## Desirable: CA/ MBA/ CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)/ CAIIB/ JAIIB.

## Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 28 years.

Maximum Age: 40 years.

5. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER- TRANSACTION MONITORING TEAM- HEAD:

## Educational Qualification: CA/ MBA/ Graduation with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

## Experience: Overall banking experience of at least 10 years.

## Desirable: CAIIB/ JAIIB.

## Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 35 years.

Maximum Age: 45 years.

** Transaction Monitoring Team – Head: Candidate must have passed CA/ MBA/ Graduation with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Candidate age must lie between 35 to 45 years. Upper age relaxation are available for reserved category candidates.
