Hi friends, can anyone of you kindly tell me about the eligibility criteria for applying in Madras High Court recruitment for the post of District Judge? I want to apply for the same post but I don’t know about the eligibility criteria. Kindly tell me as soon as possible.

The basic eligibility criteria required to apply for Madras High Court District Judge recruitment is given below.

Name of the Organization - Madras High Court

Name of the Job Position - District Judge

>> You must have possessed Degree in Law from a recognized university to be eligible or any other equivalent qualification.

>> You must be enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu or in the Bar Council of any other state.

>> You must be practising as an advocate on the data of publication of this notification.

>> Must have so practised for a period of not less than 7 years as on such data.

>> Minimum age required is 35 years and maximum age should not exceed 45 years for general candidates. Age criteria is considered as on 1st July, 2019.

Eligibility to apply for Madras High Court District Judge recruitment are as follows:-
Candidate must have a degree in Law from a University in India and must be having not less than seven years of experience as an Advocate.
Candidate age should be at least 35 years as on 01/07/2019.
