Hello everyone, I just came to know about the Personnel Executive Trainee recruitment of THDC India Limited. I want to apply for this recruitment. So, I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying in this recruitment. Please let me know asap.

Candidates need to have an MBA degree with a specialisation in personnel management( HR as main or major subject)/ HRD/HRM OR

Candidates need to have post graduate degree in personnel M / IR / labour welfare or

The need to have 2 years of full time post -graduate diploma certificate in PM and IR /labour welfare or


Master in social work or MHRD from recognised Indian University or Institute recognised by appropriare statutory authority in India with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA / OGPA desirable.

Age limit:
Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 30 years.

Age relaxation for OBC( NCL): 0 3 years for ET(HR)
SC/ST: 05 years for ET (HR)
PWD: 10 years
Doob Kshetra candidate- 05 years
J and K domicile/ ex-servicemen: as per Government of India directives.
