Hello Sir, I would like to know about the qualification which is required to apply for Steno Assistant Sub Inspectors post in BPSSC. Can you please let me know about the eligibility criteria also? Please reply asap.

--> The minimum eligibility required to apply for BPSSC (Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission) Steno ASI (Assistant Sub Inspector) recruitment are as below :-

* Your age must lie within 18 years to 25 years. Age relaxation is allowed for candidates belonging to reserved category as per the government norms.

* You must have completed your Class 12th from a recognised board of education.

* You must have a certificate in Computer course from a recognised institute. Students having pursued computer course during his/her academic degree courses are eligible.

Eligibility criteria to apply for BPSSC Steno Assistant Sub Inspectors recruitment are as follows:-

Educational Qualification - Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with at least 55% aggregate from a recognised board.
Candidate also must have Degree of Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from any Government Institute.

Age Limit -
General - 18 years to 25 years
BC/ EBC Male - 18 years to 27 years
BC/ EBC Female - 18 years to 28 years
SC/ST - 18 years to 30 years

>> The minimum age required is 18 years and maximum age should not exceed 25 years. Age criteria is considered as on 1st January, 2018. There will be relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates.
* For SC/ ST - 5 years
* For OBC Male - 2 years
* For OBC Female - 3 years
