Respected Sir/Madam, can I know about the exemptions which are available for the Post Graduate Teachers recruitment under Odisha PSC? I belong to a reserved category so please tell me about the exemptions available for me. I would also like to know about the pay scale allotted for this particular post?

Following are the exemptions/relaxations available for candidates belonging to reserved category (in comparison to unreserved category candidates) in case of Odisha PSC Post Graduate Teacher recruitment 2021 :-

* Relaxation in upper age limit by 5 years for filling an application for the same recruitment.

Your age should be in between 21 to 32 years as on 1.1.2021 as general category student.

You will get age relaxation of 5 years in upper age being SC/ST candidate.

Upper age for reserved category candidate will be 37 years as on 1.1.2026.

Odisha PSC Post Graduate Teacher recruitment 2021 :

*Exemption for reserved categories

Relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit for SCs, ST and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes , Women and Ex Serviceman.

Relaxation of 10 years in upper age limit for Persons with Disabilities whose permanent disability is Forty percent (40%) and more.

SCs/ STs and Person with Disability (whose permanent disability is 40% and more) are exempted form application fee.

Pay scale alloted for the post of Post Graduate Teacher in Odisha is Rs. 9,300/- to 34,800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
