I am a person having a certificate issued by Hindi sahitya sammelan Prayag allahabad. I have applied for the post of central government. Whether this institution is recognized from State Government or Central Government?

The certificate issued by hindi sahitya sammelan ,allahabad is not valid by central or state government jobs.
As it is not recognised board by central government.so, you are not eligible for the exam, which you have applied.
For any government job,the secondary school and graduation certification should be recognised by state/central government.
