Re: How to become a Judicial Magistrate after LLB?
To become a magistrate one should have completed LLB degree from a recognised university or Institute.
After completion of this degree will have to appear in the civil services examination that is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for different services like IAS, IPS, IFS etc. Candidates who join Indian Administrative Services after certain years of experience in service become district magistrate.
