You can not become Manager at Airport even after completing your graduation in Accounting & Finance. To become Manager you must possess at least 8-10 years of experience in any reputed company, should be capable of handling all the queries & good decision maker. Only degree will not help you, so get the experience then apply for the same. Manager salary may reach up to INR 40000 to 50000/- may be more.

To become a manager in an airport after obtaining a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, you will need to gain experience in the aviation industry and develop the necessary skills and knowledge. Here are some steps you can take to work towards becoming an airport manager:

1. Gain Experience: Look for entry-level positions in the aviation industry, such as customer service representative or ground crew, to gain experience and exposure to airport operations. This will help you understand the working environment and processes involved in running an airport.

2. Build Skills: Develop skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management that are crucial for managerial positions. These skills can be gained through on-the-job training, volunteering for additional responsibilities, or taking relevant courses.

3. Pursue Further Education: Consider pursuing a master's degree in a relevant field such as Aviation Management, Business Administration, or Airport Operations. This will provide you with a deeper understanding of airport operations and management practices.

4. Networking: Attend industry conferences, join professional organizations, and network with professionals in the aviation industry. This will help you to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.

5. Apply for Managerial Positions: Once you have gained the necessary experience, skills, and education, start applying for managerial positions in airport operations. Check the airport's website for job openings, or apply through recruitment agencies that specialize in aviation recruitment.

It's important to note that the specific requirements for managerial positions may vary depending on the airport and the organization. However, by gaining relevant experience, developing necessary skills, and pursuing further education, you can position yourself for a career in airport management.
