Sir, I have applied for the post of Mechanical Engineer Trainee in National Hydroelectric Power Corporation. I just want to know about the roles of this particular post. Can you please let me know about the job roles?

Trainee Engineer / Trainee Officer.

Role of Engineer trainee in National Hydroelectric Power Corporation-
Firstly the training is provided to you. You have gain proper knowledge about the company goals, rules and regulations, Achievements, Targets.
Company would provide you proper information about the work and their responsibilities. Basically the role or the work assigned by the company according to the skills of the trainee engineer.

You can get any department as per their trainee analysis and skills knowledge. In the trainee phase you have learn and understand only. After training you will be assigned by a work according to your role. By the entry period they will not initially give you any responsibility. Firstly they will train you . Then further you will be given any responsibility.
