Job Profile / Nature of Duties of Tradesman Mate in Indian Navy are given below:

Working in the production / maintenance of shop / ship / submarine

Carrying of files and other papers within the Office area

General cleanliness and upkeep of the section / unit

Other non-clerical work in the Sections/Unit

Photocopying, sending / receiving FAX, letters, etc.

Delivering of Dak (inside & outside the section/unit)

Assisting in routine office work like diary, dispatch, etc., including on the Computer

Watch & ward duties

Dusting of furniture

Cleaning of building, fixture, etc.

Upkeeps of parks, lawns, potted plants, etc.

Any other work assigned by superior authority

Job Roles of Tradesman Mate will include following responsibilities :-

:-Assisting in routine office work like diary, dispatch etc including on computer.
:-Other non-clerical work in the Sections/Unit.
:-Delivering of Dak (inside & outside theSection/Unit)

:-Opening and closing duties
:-Cleaning of building, fixture etc.
