I am studying btech 3rd year now. by the end of my final year(in 2016) what are jobs available in ntpc ? what are the requirements to get the job ? how to register for the job ?
and what is the syllabus for the entrance exam ?

After completing your Btech , you can apply for Executive Trainee in NTPC. It is group A govt service. There are many other PSU where you can apply .

You can apply in final year or after completing Btech. Recruitment is done through GATE exam. Candidates are shortlisted from GATE ranking and called for interview & GD.

Eligibility criteria :
65% in Btech (average of all semesters)
55% for SC/ST/PWD
Age : 27 yrs for General , 32 for SC/ST/PWD
