Hello everyone, I would like to know about the pay scale in BSPHCL for an Assistant Operator post. Can anyone of you let me know about the pay scale? I am going to apply for the same post but don’t know about the pay scale.

In the beginning an Assistant Operator in BSPHCL
recruitment, may start from Rs. 9,000/- and above per month and may range up to Rs. 15,000/- and above per month. After completion of the training period the salary will increase as per organisation norms.

The pay scale offered to Assistant Operator in BSPHCL is Rs.9200/-15500/- per month. You must have passed Matriculation or an equivalent examination from a government recognised board to be eligible to apply for BSPHCL Assistant Operator recruitment.
