Pay Scale allotted to Community Health Officer in UPNRHM?


Respected Sir/Madam, can you please provide me the details of pay scale for Community Health Officer in UPNRHM? I have tried and searched alot but found different pay scales everywhere. Please help me to know about this. Thank you!

Pay Scale allotted to Community Health Officer in UPNRHM;

During during the training programm, selected candidates will be given Rs. 20,000/- per month as stipend.
On completion of training period, candidates will be posted as Community Health Officer, then they will get salary pay of Rs. 35,000/- per month.

The salary of a Community Health Officer in UPNRHM, may range up to Rs. 19,500/- and above per month.

Depending upon the performance and experience of the candidate, the salary will increase as per the norms of the organization.

Pay scale allotted for UPNRHM (Uttar Pradesh National Rural Health Mission) Community Health Officer recruitment is Rs. 35,000 per month (Rs. 20,000 Honoraria + Rs. 15,000 performance-based incentives).

UPNRHM has published a notice for the recruitment of 6000 Community Health Officer. First selected candidates will go for a six month bridge program in Community Health and after completing this course successfully, candidates will be posted as Community Health Officer.
As per the official notice, Rs.20,000/- per month will be offered during the training period, which includes boarding and lodging allowance.
Maximum Rs.35,000/- per month will be offered at the time posting subject to guidelines issued by government of India.
