Respected Sir, I want to apply for Specialist Cadre Officer post in SBI recruitment. I would like to know about the pay scale for this post. Can you please tell me the pay scale of this post as soon as possible?

It depends on the post for which you are applying .Here I am providing you the details regarding Pay Scale of Specialist Cadre in SBI.

<> Statistician : 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950.

<>Post under Para A.Sr.2 to Sr.6 : 42020-1310/5-48570-1460/2-51490.-- CTC Rs.18.00 Lakh.

<> Head Legal : CTC Range Rs.47 to 52 Lakh.

<> DGM(NCLT) CTC Range Rs.35 laksh to 47 Lakh.

<> For Statistician : CTC Annual Emoluments 15.09 lakh.

The minimum pay of Specialist Cadre Officer in SBI, may start from Rs. 15 lakhs and above per year. The salary may range up to Rs. 46.5 lakhs and above per year depending upon the position and experience of the candidates.

Pay Scale allotted to the Specialist Cadre Officer in SBI is given below:

Chief Technology Officer – Indicative Cost To Company (CTC) – Rs 80 Lakhs to Rs 100 Lakhs (it is also negotiable for suitable candidate)

1st year of the contract period – Fixed Gross Salary + up to 10% performance based variable pay + up to 10% performance linked increment (it will be paid at the end of 1st year)

2nd year of the contract period – New Fixed Gross Salary + up to 10% performance based variable pay + up to 10% performance linked increment (it will be paid at the end of 2nd year)

3rd year of the contract period – New Fixed Gross Pay + up to 10% performance based variable pay + up to 10% performance linked increment (it will be paid at the end of 3rd year)

4th year of the contract period – New Fixed Gross Salary + up to 10% performance based variable pay + up to 10% performance linked increment (it will be paid at the end of 4th year)

5th year of contract – New Fixed Gross Pay + up to 10% performance based variable pay

The expected salary of the Specialist Cadre Officer in state bank of India would be from Rs.80 lac to 100 lac .

The recruitment is on contact basis for the duration of 5 years.

During first year the candidates will get Fixed Gross +upto 10% performance based variable pay +upto 10% performance linked Increment.

During Second year, New Fixed Gross+upto 10% performance based variable pay+upto 10% performance linked Increment .
