Hello everyone, I would like to know about the pay scale in NIACL for Assistants post. Can anyone of you let me know about the pay scale? I am going to apply for the same post but don’t know about the pay scale.

The initial salary for Assistant post in NIACL is Rs 14,435 per month.

Working days- An NIACL Assistant works for 5 days a week.

Leaves- NIACL Assistant gets a good amount of leaves and also has the option of Leave encashment.

Pay Scale offered to Assistants post in NIACL is given below.

You will be receiving pay scale of Rs. 14435 - 40080 per month.

Your selection will be done through 2 stage written exam.

Your age should be minimum 21 years.

Your selection will be confirmed via merit list.

Your Pay scale will be Rs.14,435/- to Rs.40,080/- per month for the post of Assistant in NIACL.

Pay Scale offered to Assistants post in NIACL (New India Assurance Company Limited) is Rs, 14435-840(1)-15275-915(2)-17105-1030(5)-22255-1195(2)-24645-1455(3)-29010-1510(2)-32030-1610(5)-40080.

In the initial stages, an Assistant in NIACL would earn in hand salary of approximately Rs. 23,500/- in a metro city.

There are a lot of other allowances such as newspaper allowance, leave encashment etc.
