Procedure to become a Supreme Court Judge in India
I want to become Supreme Court judge and want to go abroad like Canada, Australia and America. What is the procedure to do so?

Look, you cannot become a Supreme Court Judge before the age of 50-55 years.
There are two ways to become a Supreme Court Judge:- 1ST Ways:- You should must be a High Court Judge and shown good performance in high court, good knowledge and ability to become a Supreme Court Judge. 2nd Ways:- You should must be a practioner in supreme court of India. |

First of all you need to become a normal lawyer and gain some credible experience in your field. For that you need to first complete LLB degree from a BCI approved university. After that you need to practice under a registered lawyer to get yourself registered.
You can apply for government jobs in high court after gaining enough experience. Those who have good amount of experience as a Judge at high court or similar level court, are considered for Supreme court. |
