Basically, Apprentice means a person who works for low pay, in order to learn the skills needed in a particular job. RCF stands for Rail Coach Factory.

Recently, RCF recruited eligible candidates under act apprentice in RCF Kapurthala. There is various type of posts like Mechanic, Fitter , Plumbing etc. In this work, you will be paid for your work in the concerned post and you will learn the work more decently. So, both of you get benefitted. It is your role and responsibility to work under act apprenticeship.
