Can you please help me to know about the selection procedure as I want to get selected in HLL Lifecare Limited recruitment as a Staff Nurse. I really need this job as it’s my dream job. Please help me to know about the selection procedure asap.

First of all the candidates who are interested to apply for the recruitment, will have to attend a walk in interview. Then the candidates who gets shortlisted will have to appear for a written examination followed by a personal interview.

The selection of candidates will be based on score which will be calculated as:

Total marks will be 100.

There will be a written test of 50 marks.

10 marks will be given for additional qualification. 40 marks for experience. For example, for one year experience, there will be 8 marks, for 2 years, it will be 16 marks.

1.Written Examination : 50 marks

2.Additional Qualification : 10 marks

3. Working Experience : 40 marks

--For one year there will be a marks of 8, similarly marks will be allotted based on the experience 8,16,24,32 and 40 marks.

Proficiency in Local Language is mandatory.
