Hi friends, I am interested in applying and getting in as an Engineering Manager through IIT Kharagpur recruitment. But I don’t know about the selection procedure. Can you help me to know about the procedure of selection?

The selection procedure in IIT Kharagpur Engineering Manager recruitment 2020 will be on the basis of an interview. The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed the PhD in EECS from a recognized university with 1+ years industry experience or MTech/MS/in EECS from a recognized university with 5+ years industry experience. The exceptional candidates with BTech degree with a proven track record and experience as an Engineering/Technology Managers in AI+ML sector will also be considered. The candidate maximum age limit should not be more than 45 years.

Experience in ESDM and product development for Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) including autonomous mobility, smart hospitals, and connected healthcare delivery, smart grids, robotic manufacturing processes, Industry 4.0, smart and AI-enabled farming solutions, smart classrooms, etc is a plus. Clearly mention all relevant experience in the application, and include web links to projects in open source or published as white papers, journal articles, newscasts, etc.
