Hello friends, I am in 2nd year of my BE which I am doing with Mechanical Engineering. I am interested in PSC and want to join Government sector through Karnataka PSC. I just want to know the steps through which I can do that. Please help me in this regard.

You will be eligible for the Karnataka Public Service Commission in the final year of Bachelor's degree. The minimum academic qualification required for KPSC KAS exam is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. Final year graduates can also apply for exam.

The age limit is 21-35 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category. You will have to clear the different stages of KPSC exam in order to join KAS. The different stages include Preliminary exam, Mains exam and Personal interview.

For applying in Karnataka Public Service Commission (K.P.S.C), a graduation degree in any stream is needed. It doesn't matter whether you are having a B.E/B.Tech graduation degree or any other graduation degree.
