Hello friends, can anyone of you kindly provide me the selection procedure under NRHM Assam Surveillance Worker recruitment? I want to know about the selection procedure of this recruitment because I am planning to apply for this recruitment.

The selection of Surveillance Worker under NRHM Assam recruitment, will be done on the basis of their performance in their qualifying examination. Candidates who gets a good merit in their 12th standard or it's equivalent will get selected for the recruitment.

The selection procedure followed in NRHM Assam Surveillance Worker recruitment is mentioned below:-

—> Maximum of 30 Marks depending upon marks obtained in 12th standard or an equivalent examination.

—> Previous Similar Experience :- Maximum of 40 Marks @ 8 marks for every year of service rendered with similar health experience.

—> 30 marks for Skill Test. Based on the marks obtained out of 70 marks mentioned above, candidates will be called for Skill Test and final selection will be done out of total 100 marks.

Selection Procedure followed in NRHM (National Rural Health Mission) Assam Surveillance Worker recruitment is 30 marks for 10+2/ HSSLC Exam result, 48 marks for Previous Experience, And at last 30 marks for “Skill Test”.

>> Selection will be done based on the performance at HSSLC and maximum of 30 marks depending on the marks obtained.

>> Previous similar experience, maximum of 40 marks @ 8 marks for every year of service is rendered with similar health experience.

>> And out of this total 70 marks, candidates in order of merit would be shortlisted for skill test in the ration 1:2 against vacancies depending on the overall cutoff scores.

>> 30 Marks will be allotted in the skill test and the final merit list would be prepared out of the total 100 marks.

>> Based on marks scored in the 10+2 / HSSLC or its equivalent examination – maximum 30 marks

>> Past experience in the relevant field – maximum 40 marks

>> Based on the above given performance, short listed candidates have to appear for the Skill Test – maximum 30 marks

>> Merit list will be prepared based on marks scored in the above mentioned items (total - 100 marks)
