Why pay of an accountant in ministry Hospital is less than other accountants in Army in India?
I am Accountant in 92 Base Hospital in Srinagar wef 01 Jul 2003 and still my Grade pay is 2800 as my basic salary at the time recruitment was 4000-100-6000. But on confirmation at the same time in 2003 the starting basic pay for an accountant in FOD and some other departments was 4500. I want to know that why we have been deprevied of the basic salary of an accountant and at the same time we have also been deprevied of promotion. It is absolutely injustice to us.
