I have completed BBA from SMU 2 years ago.
I would like to know that is my degree valid
SSC CGL recruitment exam? I can apply
for this recruitment exam or not?

Yes, you are certainly eligible to appear in SSC CGL Recruitment 2015 Exam which is going to be held in the month of August, 2015. The basic minimum educational qualification required is "Graduation" or "Bachelor Degree" from a recognized university. Candidates those who complete their Graduation or are in final year of Graduation are eligible to appear in SSC CGL Recruitment 2015. As BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) is treated as a Graduate Degree you are certainly apply for All posts except Compiler and Statistical Investigator (Grade II) posts.

For All Other Posts (Except Statistical Investigator Grade II and Compiler): Bachelor's Degree form a recognized university or equivalent qualification.

Sikkim Manipal University is distance education university which offer various undergraduate or post graduate course.

SSC conducts it combined graduate level exam to jet job in various government department every year.

You are eligible for for SSC CGL exam, if you have completed BBA from SMU.

Your bachelor degree/graduation should be approved by UGC.

Your bachelor degree/graduation should also be approved from Distance Education Council.

You must consist at least 50% marks in your graduation.

Yes dear you can apply for SSC CGL after completion of graduation 2 years ago. But in addition to this you have to satisfy the Age criteria as per the Notification of SSC CGL.

Eligibility for SSC CGL :

1.You should complete the graduation from the recognized university and there is No percentage requirement for SSC CGL examination.

2.Minimum Age hould be : 21 years

Maximum Age should be : 30 years

And some posts have a restriction on Age limits. Upper limits could be about 27 years also.

3.Final year students of graduation can also eligible to apply for SSC CGL.

Selection Process :

1.Tier I ( 4 sections namely reasoning , Quant, General Knowledge, English )

2.Tier II ( General Maths, English Language )

3.Tier III ( Interview).

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an Indian government organization which will recruit staff members for the various posts in the various departments and ministries.

Minimum qualification required to apply for this examination is completing a degree course from a recognized Institution.

Age criteria:-

1. Sub Inspectors in CPOs – 20 years to 25 years
2. Assistant / Sub Inspector in CBI – 20 years to 27 years
3. Statistical Investigators – Maximum 26 years
4. For all other posts – 18 years to 27 years.

For appearing in the SSC CGL examination, you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized Indian university and your age should be in between 21-27 years.
The examination is conducted in three stages.
Tier 1, which comprises 200 questions of 1 mark each.
50 questions each from English, mathematics, reasoning and general studies.
Tier 2, it has 2 papers of 200 marks each of mathematics and English
