Candidate who has done 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as main subject is eligible to pursue Chemical Engineering degree course.
There is no prescribed percentage to appear in the examination. Candidates having passing marks can also apply.

If you have studied PCM stream, then surely you will be eligible for BTech (Chemical Engineering) course. Just make sure you have got at least 50% marks in your class 12th science stream, so that you are eligible for entrance exam.

There is JEE Main and various state level engineering entrance exams available for you. Just make sure you are well prepared for it, because only a better rank can help you get your choice of college.

Yes, you can study B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) being a 12th Science student. Those students who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology with at least 50% marks taken together in PCM/B subjects are eligible to study the B.Tech (Chemical Engineering). You have to appear for an entrance examination like JEE for the admission to study B.Tech (Chemical Engineering). Duration of the course is 4 years. You can study the B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) course in various colleges in India.
