I am a student of 12th Science studying with NIOS Board. After completing my 12th I want to do BTech(Metallurgical Engineering) in IIT Roorkee. Can you please let me know if I am eligible to do BTech in this specialization or not at this institute?

You have to score good in JEE Advance to get admission.

Admission in IIT is conducted after qualifying in JEE. It is conducted in two stages.

Candidates have to appear and qualify in both stages for final selection to get admission in IIT.

Examination is conducted by NTA twice in a year. So, you have to prepare for examination as per syllabus of the examination for final selection.
