I am BE EEE final year student next I like to done ME in korse is it possible

Sorry to inform you that it is quite not possible for a student to opt for Mechanical Engineering in his/her higher studies after completing Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
After completion of BE EEE you can only allow to opt for Master of Engineering in the relevant discipline.

As you are in BE of EEE final year student and you want to do Mechanical engineering then it is not possible. After EEE course you can only apply for a master degree in the same field.

So, It is not possible to get admission in a different field for your master degree.
