Hi Sir, can I know about the job opportunities in private as well as Government sector for me as I am doing BSc in Industrial Fish & Fisheries course. I am a 4th semester student and I want to do job after completing my BSc. So, kindly let me know about the job opportunities.

Job opportunities for BSc(Industrial Fish & Fisheries) candidate are:

In Government Sectors: Careers in central government agencies like Marine Product Export Development Authority (MPEDA), Fisheries Survey of India (FSI), NIO, WHO, and so on.

Assistant Fisheries Development Officers (AFDO) and Fisheries Extension Officers

Institutions, banks, fishing/oceans and in foreign countries.

In Private Sectors: You can go for entrepreneurship or self-employed in your own fisheries-related business.

Managers or officers in seafood processing and export units, aqua feed plants, fishing gear industries and in pharmaceutical companies.
