Procedure to become an Advocate for a candidate who has secured 53% in LLB?


Hello everyone, I have got 48.3% in my BA and 53% in LLB. As, I have done LLB after my BA. So, I don’t know how can I enroll myself as an Advocate? Kindly tell me the process. Waiting for your response!

After completing LLB course, the procedure followed for becoming advocate are given below:

- You need do internship from any institution.
- You need register in the state Bar Council of India by visiting the official website and fill the application form.
- You need to clear the exam conducted by the Bar Council of India named All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- If you clear the exam you’ll be issued a certificate which will help you in practicing as Lawyer.
- After practicing for few years you’ll be an Advocate.
