In India, the starting salary for BSc MLT graduates can range from around Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month. The salary may increase with experience, specialization, and additional qualifications. Senior positions such as lab managers or consultants may earn higher salaries, ranging from around Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month.

In terms of opportunities abroad, BSc MLT graduates can find employment in countries like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. The salary in these countries may vary based on factors such as job role, experience, location, and qualifications. However, in general, the salary in these countries is higher than in India. For example, in the USA, the starting salary for a medical laboratory technologist can range from around $50,000 to $60,000 per year, which is equivalent to around Rs. 37 lakhs to Rs. 44 lakhs per year.

It is important to note that these figures are approximate and can vary based on a variety of factors such as location, job role, industry, and experience. It is advisable to research further and gather more specific information about the salary for your preferred career path in your desired location.
