Is there any Open University in Mumbai to study Graduation for 12th failed student?


Sir/Madam,
I am failed in 12th standard and left my education about 30 years ago. Now I want to do my Graduation. Please advice me if there is any Open University in Mumbai from which I can complete my graduation.

There is no barrier for education, you can have it at any age.
I will suggest you to go for India's best open university called
IGNOU [Indira Gandhi National Open University]

** This is the best open university you will rarely find in India.
So, go have an inquiry about it and get yourself admitted there.
