I graduated and would like to receive my diploma but i did not pass the reading test. I have taken it more than once, is there other schools that i can call to take this test, my school only offer it in dec of this year

No, you cannot give your reading test from any other school as you have submitted your documents in your ongoing school.so, you have to wait and prepare well for the test in December.
